This page shows the examination dates and closing dates for examinations at the Tunbridge Wells Centre. Late entries, if accepted, will attract a surcharge of between 50 & 100% as per Trinity Guildhall regulations. Trinity Guildhall reserves the right to alter dates shown if necessary. Please check for up to date information before submitting an entry.   Documents to support special needs requests must be sent with the application form.

• If you or your candidates cannot attend on a particular day during the examination period or at a certain time because of a prior commitment (e.g. religious obligation), you should show this on the entry form. The representative will try to timetable the examinations to suit all candidates, but you should bear in mind that not all requests can be accommodated. If you indicate lots of dates on which you are unavailable, your entry may need to be deferred to a later session.
• APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE APPOINTMENT SLIPS HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

Please DO NOT use Royal Mail Special Delivery (or any signed for service)- it usually causes a delay in entries reaching me.  If I am out when the postman calls, I have to wait 24 hours before I can collect from the Sorting Office and the re-delivery request service is completely unreliable.  Obviously a late entry fee would not be payable in this instance but it could mean that timetabling requests can't be accommodated.
